Contact & Account Information: When you join our waitlist, fill out a contact form, or register for an account, we may collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide. We utilize third-party services (such as Tally.so) to securely process these submissions.

User Content (AI Prompts & Media): To provide our core services, we process the text prompts, images, video files, and 3D assets you upload or input into the editor to generate and refine your creative outputs.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our Service. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed.

Analytics & Performance: We use tools like Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics/Speed Insights to understand user behavior, monitor site performance, and improve our interface.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Koha creative editor and its AI generation capabilities.
  • Process your requests, such as adding you to our beta waitlist or responding to support inquiries.
  • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.

Note on AI Training: We do not sell your personal data. We use user-generated prompts and media strictly for your session to generate and refine your content.
